I grew up in Paris. Before becoming a teacher, I spent several years studying in Scotland, and those years taught me so much more than just my subject. They showed me the real challenges of life abroad: learning a new language, finding your way through unfamiliar systems, making friends, and feeling at home far from home.

Even after ten years of English classes at school, I remember feeling frozen whenever I had to speak. I worried about my accent, dreaded making mistakes, and overthought every single sentence. It was exhausting — and frustrating!

Everything changed when I discovered that language learning isn’t about time, it’s about the method. That’s when the Pareto Principle clicked for me: with just 20% of the right effort, you can get 80% of the results.

Now, my mission is to share that approach with French learners everywhere — so you can move past the frustration and start feeling at home in the language.
